The 2023 Harley-Davidson® Tri Glide® Ultra near Port St. Lucie is a three-wheeled motorcycle, which is often referred to casually as a trike. But this isn’t just any trike. It’s a three-wheeled motorcycle that Harley-Davidson® has built on its Grand American Touring chassis with some adjustments. Everything you’d expect from a premium H-D® touring experience is found here, but you also get the third wheel, which many tourers like due the added stability, control and comfort.
Updates for the 2023 Model Year
There are no major updates being made to the Grand American Touring motorcycles released in the first wave as there were last model year. The focus this time around is on refinement of the existing package and giving our customers at Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson® new and even more choices. There are four designs currently announced for the 2023 Harley-Davidson® Tri Glide® Ultra near Port St. Lucie. All have a chrome aesthetic. As expected, Vivid Black is the standard color scheme and included in the MSRP. Atlas Silver Metallic is new and a premium option, and there are two new deluxe options: Gray Haze with Silver Fortune and Prospect Gold with Vivid Black.
Performance & Ride Characteristics
Beyond being a three-wheeled motorcycle, the Tri Glide® Ultra delivers all of what you expect from a premium H-D® touring motorcycle. It is powered by the Milwaukee-Eight® 114 V-Twin engine and has a number of special enhancements, such as Tomahawk wheels. The upright rider positioning is the same as with most tourers although the seat height is a bit higher. Other notable characteristics include a passenger seat with a backrest, floorboards for both the rider and passenger, a touring pack and an infotainment system with the larges touch screen that Harley-Davidson® offers. An anti-lock braking system is standard, and advanced rider-assistance technologies are available as a factory option.
This Is the Right Trike For
The 2023 Harley-Davidson® Tri Glide® Ultra is an excellent option for any rider who intends to do a lot of long-distance travelling but wants the convenience of the third wheel. In addition to the characteristics mentioned above, it has the batwing fairing and a short windscreen.
Tri Glide® Ultra vs Freewheeler
The Freewheeler is the other trike that we have available at our dealership serving Stuart Port St. Lucie Fort Pierce Vero Beach, and although they’re both trikes, there are some rather big difference. It doesn’t have a fairing or the windscreen, passenger backrest and touring pack.
Other Considerations
If you want a touring motorcycle and prefer a trike, you can’t do better than a Tri Glide® Ultra.
