The 2022 Harley-Davidson® Road King® Special near Port St. Lucie is the full-dress version of the popular and iconic Road King®, which was first introduced in the mid-90s. It’s one of the biggest motorcycles in the Harley-Davidson® lineup and one of the biggest touring bikes on the market period. The Road King® Special is designed to chew up miles and be ridden for hours on end while keeping you comfortable and in control.

This model drops the windshield that comes with the Road King®, but you can add one if you like. The other characteristics are the same: upright riding positioning, passenger seating, floorboards for both the rider and passenger and saddlebags. Another defining aspect of the Road King® models is that they don’t have an infotainment system.
Performance
The 2022 Harley-Davidson® Road King® Special near Port St. Lucie is powered by the Milwaukee-Eight® 114 engine, which puts out 100 hp and 119 lbs.-ft. of torque. That should be more than enough for most, but if you like, you can also invest in the Screamin’ Eagle performance upgrade kit, which brings the 114 in line with the 117.
Making It Yours
The first personalization option is the color. All models have a blacked-out aesthetic. Vivid Black is standard. There are also three premium options. Two of those are Midnight Crimson and Mineral Green Denim. The third is the Apex finish, which is a limited design scheme for this model year. If you want the RDRS features, you need to make that selection at the time of purchase. Customization options include windscreens, handlebars, grips, seating, tour packs and more.
